Job Description

We are hiring! Looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – HR with strong exposure in factory and manufacturing HR operations Education : MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR or IR Experience : Minimum 6 years in HR, with core exposure in factory/manufacturing setup Strong knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) Experience in payroll , attendance management , and IR handling Hands-on with HR documentation , audits , and employee welfare Good communication and interpersonal skills Tamil language proficiency (preferred for Tamil Nadu units) Tools : MS Office, Excel, HRMS software familiarity Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
