Job Description

Ensure creation, implementation and adherence of HR Policies and Processes
Employee Life Cycle Management (Employee Documentation from Joining to Exit)
Attendance and Leave Management
Employee Grievances (Ensure employee's queries are resolved within the set SLAs)
Dashboard / Report : Preparation of data / information /presentation
Audit: Provide requisite data for Audits
Recruitment & Selection: Hiring across levels (Worker/Staff/ Management )
Hands-on experience with online job portals like Naukri, Indeed

Desired Candidate Profile

Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
