Role & responsibilities

Operational Management

Management of Warehouse Outbound Operations (Exports ISO – Dealer Dispatch Operations)

Plan, supervise, and control all outbound activities (Picking, packing, loading, and dispatch).

Ensure timely execution of dealers orders as per their schedules

Resolution of issues in Outbound operations

3PL Handling

Transportation Management

Transporters Handling

Transportation Budget planning & Cost control

Handling Dealers complaints related to transportation

Team Management

Lead and mentor outbound team

Ensuring KPI's achievement

Manpower Budget Planning & cost control

Customer & Vendor Management

Coordinate with sales, planning, and other teams

Coordinate with transporters and 3PL partner to ensure seamless dispatch operations

Process Management

Implement safety, 5S in warehouse
