Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Calculation of Demand Forecasting for Spare Parts considering the Dealer/Distributor Demand Trend.
Able to Create the Parts Orders & Order Forecast based on Supplier/OE Factory Capacity and align the Ordering based on Monthly Capacity of Suppliers.
Keep the Stock Value within the Budget Limit and able to prepare the Reason analysis for Over Stock Situation.
Coordinate with Sales / Field Team to judge and analyze the Demand Increase/Decrease reason to Incorporate in Planning the Demand Forecast & Order Forecast.
Creating the Additional Orders by judging the Inventory Levels & calculating the orders to replenish the Inventory Levels.
Prioritizing the Customer Satisfaction through optimum availability of Spare Parts.
Drive the Activity with Sales/Field Team to liquidate the Excess Parts in Stock.
