• Coordinate with various departments (MEE) for smooth operation of facilities.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to hazardous waste management, incineration, leachate treatment, and disposal.
  
• Oversee construction management activities at the plant site to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  
• Manage site operations effectively to minimize environmental impact and ensure efficient waste disposal.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in waste management processes.
  
• Ensure proper storage, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste
  as per CPCB and SPCB guidelines. Lead a team of 48 members across operations, services, civil, and logisticsdepartments, managing various technical and operating issue.
• Supervised site inspections for civil work
  and ensured compliance with all client and waste management plant guidelines. I monitored operations as perCPCB and MOEF & CC guidelines and successfully upgraded internal systems and implemented new HazardIdentification and Risk Assessments. Additionally, I regularly submitted required environmental reports anddocuments to Pollution Control Boards, and maintained quality input of Health and Safety Management system.
  • Sustainable management & natural resources management• Monitoring Air, Water & Noise quality• Preparing Rapid EIA report & Environmental statement• To handle the sites regarding all technical and operating issues.• Supervision various activities related to disposal of Hazardous Waste generated from different industriesin a secured Manner and as per CPCB guidelines.• To ensure the day-to-day on-site waste management operations are in compliance with client and wastemanagement plant. Site in section for civil work and ensure that the work as per the project.• Proper management of material civil requirement (Geotextile, GCL, Liner, HDPE. Pipe, Muruum,aggregate, Black-cotton soil.• Coordinate with sub contractor smooth flow of work & rate negotiation and review new vendor rate andmake comparative statement then send hire authority for approval.• Reviewed and planned for proper maintenance in time to minimize plant breakdown & upgraded theequipment.
