Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Medical opinion (General complaints - Zone wise Retail) in CRM

Review of complaints allotted to them in CRM and responding to the customer directly for rejected and query cases using Templates provided in CRM. For approved cases the Medical approval is given and the ticket moves to ROD Creation for further processing by FA Team

2.Medical approval in Galaxy

Medical approval in galaxy for grievance approved claims

3.Reports, Team Management and Co-ordination

Managing ZGOs pan India

Doctors productivity Report to SrED, Coordination with IT , HR & Others

Handling mail Escalation by Zonal Team

Time and attendance management

4.Medical opinion (PG & NCH complaints)

Review of complaints in CRM , medical opinion provided in CRM .The opinion is then picked up by non medical ticket owner for further processing in PG & NCH Portals which are standalone Portals and not integrated with CRM.

5.Medical Opinion (Special Grievances)

Complaints escalated to CMD/ MD , medical opinion provided and responded to the customer directly from CRM for rejected & query cases. For approved cases, the complaint moves to FA Team for further processing.

Guides other members of the medical team.

Special grievance Daily reports(CMD,MD)

6.Medical Opinion (IRDAI Complaints)

Review of complaints medical opinion provided and complaint moved to non medical ticket owner for further processing in IRDAI Portals
