We are looking out for someone who is Customer Care Manager/Customer Relationship Manager for the role of "Customer Success Manager". We are a SaaS firm and into travel domain. Looking for someone who is from BPO or Travel or Hospitality background.

Total Exp: 4+ yrs
CTC: 3,00,000 LPA to 3,50,000 LPANP: ImmediateLocation: Hyderabad - Work from Office - 5 days working with Saturday & Sunday weekly offs

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Relationship Management

● Engage directly with customers to understand their issues and requirements with

FastCollab products.

● Provide prompt responses on WhatsApp, email, and calls for high-priority issues, including

urgent weekend support when necessary.

● Conduct weekly progress review calls and online meetings to update customers on issue

resolution and gather feedback.

2. Issue Tracking & Coordination

● Prioritise customer issues based on urgency and impact.

● Document all inputs, updates, and status accurately in the task management system.

● Work with management to assign tasks to developers and track progress to ensure timely

resolution.

● Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to deliver end-to-end solutions for

customers.

3. Product Feedback & Reporting

● Gather and clarify customer requirements for new features or enhancements.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for

knowledge sharing.

● Provide weekly or ad-hoc reviews to FastCollab management on customer priorities and

progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication & Customer Focus

● Excellent spoken and written English skills for professional communication with

enterprise customers.

● Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Organisational & Technical Skills

● Proficiency in using task management or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)(not Mandatory)

● Strong prioritisation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

● Familiarity with SaaS platforms or enterprise travel/expense management tools is a plus((not Mandatory)

Work Ethic & Availability

● Highly responsive and dependable, with readiness to support urgent issues outside

normal working hours when required.

● Ability to work onsite at the FastCollab Hyderabad office on a Monday–Friday schedule.

● Comfortable collaborating with technical teams, including developers and support

engineers, to ensure seamless issue resolution.
