Please find the JD below Key Responsibilities  API Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve API issues raised by clients to minimise service disruption.  Code Fixes: Write and deploy code changes to fix bugs or improve API functionality, especially those requiring less than 10 person-days of effort.  Ticket Management: Prioritise, track, and resolve technical support tickets using Jira.  Customer Communication: Stay available via WhatsApp, email, and calls for prompt response and regular updates to client queries and issues.  Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other engineers to ensure timely resolution and knowledge sharing when required.  Code Reviews: Participate in API code reviews and follow best practices for maintainable, secure solutions.  Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for recurring issues, fixes, and preventive measures.
