Role & responsibilities:

Product Development and Design

Conceptualize Products

Competitor Benchmarking

Business Case Development

Draft documents

Project Management for Product / System Readiness and Production issues

Overseeing System development

Tracking and ensure timely closure of

Own the Production Issues identified in internal IT systems and liaise

Cause Analysis and rectification as required.

• Manage any system related projects from products perspective as and when required

Competitor / Market Benchmarking

Competition Benchmarking –

• Proactive approach to

  track products / features launched by competitors

  through Product Research and

Benchmarking.

• Conduct

  Macro level benchmarking of companies

  and overall product categories in the industry

Product Review and Analysis

• Conduct Periodic Reviews of Product performance (currently Monthly Product Performance Report Channel Wise

and Quarterly /Annual Product Review Reports)

• Derive analysis and insight and share a comprehensive report with Product Head on a periodic basis (Including

Deviation from Business Plan / F&U, if any and its impact)

Preferred candidate profile:

Should be well versed with all relevant regulations, specifically Product regulation, Protection of Policyholder

Interest, relevant master circulars and ensure monitoring of the same.

• Knowledge of IT systems used in life insurance industry is required. Must have good working knowledge of Life

Asia & Group Asia.

• Experience in project management will be advantage.

• Should be well versed in creating Insurance policy documents, sales literature, customer information sheet and

One pager related to Life Insurance products.

• Provide necessary assistance in the preparation of documentation for strategic initiatives of the Company.

• Supporting filing of ad-hoc regulatory requirements of product specific reports.

• Market information on product specific changes across industry
