Purpose/Objective


    To ensure oversighting of Tax Compliances, Management of Tax Litigation & Assessments, Support M&A Activities for Structuring & Planning and involved in Automation Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Manage Tax Litigation and Assessments Review replies to the various submission to the notices Engaged in M&A Activities and support Tax Optimization and Planning Oversight and Review of Annual Tax Compliances Engage in Automization Initiatives

Technical Competencies


    Assessment and Tax Litigation,Tax Restructuring & Planning,Automation and Team Leadership ,working knowledge of INDAS, FEMA, Annual Tax compliances

Qualifications and Experience


    CA with 4-7 Years of work experience
