QUALIFICATION: Professional Course, MBA in Marketing/ Data Analytics

5 days plus 1st & 3rd Saturday working


Digital Transformation

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the Marketing Department to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in Marketing & Brand Management and recommend solutions to strengthen marketing strategies.


Process Transformation

  • Lead process transformation efforts by identifying gaps and implementing improvements across marketing functions.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing marketing workflows, SOPs, and policies to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Audit & Compliances

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of marketing processes, systems, and policies across multiple verticals to ensure compliance, alignment, and optimization.
  • Recommend corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.

System & Governance

  • Oversee the implementation, updates, and maintenance of marketing systems, SOPs, and industry best practices


Process Excellence Initiatives

  • Drive process excellence programs to improve departmental performance , efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of key marketing processes and improvement projects.
