Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Note: "Mandatory to have industrial experience of Environment/Waste Management/Recycling/Manufacturing."

Safety, Legal & Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure all recycling facilities comply with applicable environmental, labor, and statutory regulations.
Monitor and report compliance status to Head Planning and SBU Head.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
CMV Score & Safety Compliance :
Track and monitor CMV scores across facilities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Oversee safety compliance programs, audits, and incident reporting.
Drive a culture of safety and accountability across all sites.
Business Excellence Initiatives :
Coordinate corporate-level business excellence programs and frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Support site teams in implementing process improvements and performance excellence initiatives.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and MIS reports to track progress and highlight gaps.
Corporate Coordination & Site Engagement :
Act as the central point of contact between corporate office and site facilities.
Conduct regular interactions, reviews, and follow-ups with site teams to ensure compliance and excellence initiatives are sustained.
Provide training, mentoring, and handholding support to site managers and staff.

Preferred Candidate:

1) Should have minimum 8 years of experience in environment compliance.

2) Mandatory compliance management experience from the environment/waste management/ Recycling/manufacturing industry.

3) should have business excellence programs and frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) experience.
