Job Description

As a Deputy Manager - Business Development at the Infrastructure Company in AHMEDABAD, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: - Identify potential customers and new business opportunities in targeted domains to expand the company's market presence. - Develop and execute marketing strategies for various products to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients. - Promote and position the company's products effectively in the market to drive sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and evaluate technical and commercial offers for customers to ensure alignment with their requirements. - Conduct market research to track industry trends and product innovations, enabling strategic decision-making. - Maintain relationships with vendors and OEMs to negotiate technical and commercial terms for mutual benefit. - Follow up on orders from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with warranty and guarantee terms. - Work towards achieving quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals. - Prepare reports on marketing and business development activities for senior management to monitor progress and make informed decisions. - Compile and deliver product presentations for clients and management to showcase the value proposition effectively. - Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and provide after-sales support for customer satisfaction. - Develop expertise in various marketing and business development domains including Solar & Wind Power Equipment, EV Charging Stations, Lithium-Ion Cells, Electrolysis Plants, LV, MV & HV Products, CEMS, FGD Plants, and Instrumentation & Controls. - Stay updated on industry advancements, new product developments, and technological enhancements to remain competitive in the market. - Undergo training programs to enhance product knowledge and improve marketing skills for professional growth. - Track and analyze improvements in the company's product range to identify areas for enhancement and innovation. Qualifications Required: - Business development experience of at least 10 years is required to excel in this role.
