Job Description

As an experienced candidate with 7-10 years of experience and a B.Tech qualification, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Manage Monthly MIS & Data Analysis for strategic planning and business insights. - Lead New Business Development (PV) initiatives with a proactive approach. - Act as Key Account Manager for North-based customers including HCIL, Mobis, and Tier-1 suppliers. - Drive end-to-end ownership of Product Costing, RM/FE Indexing, Customer Claims, RFQs, and Proposal Submissions. - Develop and monitor budgets and long-term sales plans in alignment with business goals. - Foster strong customer relationships with a customer-centric, result-oriented mindset. - Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to support business growth.
