Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet business needs. Ensure statutory compliance with Factory Act requirements and handle union negotiations as needed. Strongly working in Statutory compliances, handling union related issues oversee payroll activities.
