Responsibilities Construction Management: Supervise civil construction activities, including foundations, structures, and site development. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution of civil works. Site Supervision & Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control. Budget & Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, cost control, and procurement of materials for civil projects. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and provide insights for process improvements. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
