Job Summary

As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our current account products and services. You will be a part of the Retail Banking team and will report to the Branch Manager. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and achieve targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers for current account products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting current account products and services
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and processing of customer applications
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell other products and services
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and acquisition in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of current account products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in local language and English is preferred
  • Certification in sales or marketing will be an added advantage
