Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for current accounts through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase customer retention and loyalty.
• Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of current banking products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Additional Parameters

• Knowledge of local market and customer base in Pune, Maharashtra.
• Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and business development activities.
• Fluency in local language (Marathi) is preferred.
