Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential corporate clients and develop a strategic plan to acquire their salary accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the corporate sector
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking, preferably in sales or business development
• Strong understanding of the corporate banking sector and its products and services
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of banking regulations and policies
• Willingness to travel as needed
