We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our acquisition efforts for Current Account Savings Accounts (CASA) in the sales industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new CASA customers.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and other banking partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing a team of sales professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
