Job Description

Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the department.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Operations & Merchandising
- Ensure proper merchandise display, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
- Maintain department cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to company standards.
- Implement VM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines.
- Conduct stock audits and reduce shrinkage.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate department staff to achieve performance standards.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash handling, billing processes, and discount policies within the department.
- Maintain safety, security, and loss prevention measures.
