We are looking for a talented Deputy HOD - Civil to join our dedicated team at our office located in Vikhroli, Mumbai . Position Responsibilities Plan manpower requirements (Engineers & Technicians) based on present and expected workload for the next year. Nominate the lead engineer for various jobs and allocate other resources (such as engineer and draftsman), considering the volume of the work project schedule. Review project progress periodically with respect to the project schedule and allocation of additional resources. Motivate department colleagues to complete timely projects to the satisfaction of the client. Provide technical help to colleagues in the department whenever needed. Is familiar with all running projects and makes periodic site visits to get timely feedback from the client & to take corrective action as & when required. Make and update engineering standards related to specifications for various civil-structural items, design calculations, bill of material, etc. Attend various technical seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest technology available in the market. Take care of software needs for the department. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them. Train junior engineers working under you. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering with 20+ years of experience.
