Deputy General Manager-Supply Chain Finance-CV Operations-TMCV

Purpose of the Role This role will be responsible for supporting in various plant finance activities spanning across plants. It will help in consolidating cost and cash targets for all the plants and working closely with Plant finance controller. It will also help in preparing various dashboards in the area of plant finance and drive automation. It will also help in monthly performance reporting for all Supply Chain related activities. It will also support in various Statutory audit related activities. It will also help in driving lean across supply chain finance. It will help consolidate OFC, VCC, Losses and employee cost related budgets, targets across plants and help achieve cost reduction. Job Responsibility Support in putting Operating review for all plants at central level Consolidation of Plant level Budgets and help in appropriate target setting. Track cost at CLT level for all the cost items centrally and help drive cost optimisation Help in managing budgeting, accounting, cost control for all Plant finance related activities. Coordinate with all the Plants on Warranty centrally Lead TML budget consolidation process including reporting of numbers on monthly basis Drive CLT level performance monitoring and support the team in achieving their numbers. Help in driving Capex allocation discussions for Supply Chain related activities Help in ERP related enhancements across all Plants/supply chain sites Analysis of various cost reduction proposals to enable decision making Support material audit team in finalising monthly, quarterly and annual plan Work closely with internal audit team and drive closure of IA findings for Supply Chain. Also ensure timely completion of cost audit.
