Description:

The role serves as the anchor point for biopharma projects and programs, ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and timely completion of tasks across cross-functional teams. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to drive project success in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central coordinator for assigned biopharma projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Collaboratively drive execution of projects in partnership with Project Leaders and SMEs from quality, manufacturing, clinical etc
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or compliance issues.
Word with (R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Collaboratively vet project plans to ensure quality.
Training and mentorship to junior members of the team .
Prepare and present key project status reports to management on project progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
15 -18+ years of experience in project management within the pharma industry.
Proven track record of managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in PMP tools.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
