Job Title:  Senior Executive - Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Executive - Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will translate client use cases into actionable product features, document workflows, and define acceptance criteria. The role involves understanding Tenneo LMS and assessing customization impacts to prepare effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Translate client use cases into actionable product features
• Document scope, objectives, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze the customization impact of Tenneo LMS
• Prepare effective solutions based on analysis
• Collaborate with Client, Project Manager, Technical Lead, QC Team, and Program Manager
• Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  Provide walkthrough of the product to the clients to onboard them into our product.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
•  Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
•  Experience with any Learning Management Systems would be an added advantage.
•  Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies
•  Proven track record of successful project delivery.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
