Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and operationalize Cantier's standardized Project Management Framework across all delivery projects.
Work closely with the Program Manager to monitor project health, milestones, risks, and deviations using MS Project or Planner.
Design and automate dashboards, trackers, and alerts using Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Ensure timely project documentation updates charters, plans, logs, and sign-offs are current and accessible.
Track compliance to delivery checklists and process checkpoints (initiation to post go-live).
Generate periodic PMO dashboards for leadership highlighting progress, lag indicators, and exceptions.
Coordinate with IT, Solution Delivery, and Product teams to ensure seamless framework adoption.
Support internal quality and ISO audit readiness by maintaining traceable project evidence.
Drive continuous improvement in PM tools and automation efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of project management processes and documentation practices.
Proficiency in MS Project or MS Planner .
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint integration.
Good understanding of delivery governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks. Analytical mindset ability to interpret project data and highlight key insights.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
34 years of experience in Project Management Support, PMO, or similar operational roles.
Exposure to software delivery environments or IT implementation projects preferred.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
