Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Pre sales support to sales team for site suitability of LPG installation.
Preparation of LPG piping layout BOQ as per requirement of customer
Joint visit, arrangement of kickoff meeting for project execution
Preparation of project schedule & planning
Preparation of layout, single line diagram, P & ID
Communication with customer for project scheduling, follow-up for completion of scope of work
Preparation of project in SAP, budget planning
Follow-up with internal department Purchase, finance for material budget allocation
Cost control for project
Carty of Safety risk assessment of high risk jobs, issue of PTW to installer while execution of job
Co-ordinate with customer for completion of job.
Safety Audit and Safety training during commissioning
Co-ordinate Technical Aspects / Trials of new Product / Applications / Service Offerings to
Customers.
Documentation- Audit report, Training report, project handover report entries in SAP.
Preparation of Project capitalization report

Skills :

Proficiency in MS office ( Excel , PPT, Word)
Working knowledge in SAP preferable
Basic knowledge of LPG
