Deputy General Manager - CSR

Job Description This position will be responsible for overseeing specific projects for Nayara Energy Limited under the supervision of the Lead CSR. Responsibilities ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Accountabilities Activities Program Management Develop and define strategies for management of CSR programs Establish CSR Governance mechanism and ensure internal and external compliance Developing robust mechanism for upkeep of reports, r ecord like MOUs, MOMs, stakeholders communications Monitoring and Review Periodic review of the CSR programs and field monitoring and providing insights to partner organisation in improving quality and efficiency of interventions Identify area of strengthening effective implementation through proper resource utilization Support and Coordination Providing support to Lead CSR for conducting monthly/quarterly/ annual reviews with the existing partners to evaluate the performance and address quality issues in the delivery of CSR Programs Documentation and reporting Documentation of all the key milestones of individual CSR programs by maintaining LFA framework Documentation of the initiatives, periodical reports, annual reports, compliance reports and sharing with the Corporate CSR team. Preparation and compilation of presentation as per latest trends Providing necessary support for compilation of documents related to compliance and senior management reporting with respect to CSR rules Coordination and Liaison with internal Stakeholders Engagement with varied internal stakeholders viz. corporate communications team, retail marketing team, CSR team at Vadinar and CSR team deployed with retail business Plan and conduct meetings/ discussions as needed and keep record of such proceedings and follow-ups Qualifications Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Preferably a Master’s degree in social work or rural development from a reputed institute. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: Overall experience of 10 years in development sector and minimum 5 years total experience of working in CSR space Show more Show less
