The Contracts & Tender Documents Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts
and tender documentation for pump storage projects. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and
negotiating contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in preparation of tender documents, contract management,
legal documentation, and experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly hydro and pump
storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Documentation:
o Prepare, review, and submit tender documents for hydro and pump storage projects.
o Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information and ensure all tender
requirements are met.
o Manage the tender process, including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract
award.
o Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant
regulations.
2. Contracts Management:
o Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
o Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry
standards.
o Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
o Maintain a comprehensive contract database and ensure all documentation is up-to-
date and accessible.
3. Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure
contract and tender requirements are understood and met.
o Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding contract and
tender matters.
o Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract and tender-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in contract management, tender documentation, or a
similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and industry standards.
Experience with hydro and pump storage projects is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with international contract standards such as FIDIC is a plus.
