Role & responsibilities

Project Execution

• Plan and manage land development work like roads, drainage, electricity, and water supply.
  
• Make sure each project is completed as per timeline and approved layout.
  

Approvals & Compliance

• Get all necessary approvals (DTCP, RERA, etc.) from government authorities.
  
• Ensure that all legal and safety rules are followed during the project.
  

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Hire and manage contractors and vendors for civil and infrastructure work.
  
• Check the quality of their work and make sure they stick to the plan.
  

Team & Coordination

• Work with internal teams like Sales, Legal, and CRM to make sure projects are ready for launch and customer handover.
  
• Manage site engineers and other project staff.
  

Monitoring & Reporting

• Visit sites regularly to check progress and solve problems.
  
• Prepare and share project status reports with senior management.
