Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

  • PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)-Responsible for developing present and surrounding locations for LAS-Responsible to drive distribution network, drive sales through distribution-Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth-Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience -Acquire new clients-Drive multi product cross-sell and generate fee income-Risk maintenance for clients-Maintain the required pricing, revenue generation, zero portfolio delinquency -Initiate visibilities in cities where our visibility is low-Identification of clients, channel partners 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)-Need helping hand in different territory cities (off role, local resources) - manpower5. DECISIONS(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)-Which profiles to service?-Which opportunities to avail of? 6. Required Qualifications And Experience

nal Qualificationsa)Qualifications-Graduation, Preferred: Post-graduation b)Work Experience-5-6 years in relevant industry -Knowledge of LAS industry and business domain is a must -Prior knowledge and experience of sales -Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills.-Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.-Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self - starter.
