The Department Manager will oversee daily operations of the department, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales targets. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising. The Department Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning and implementing promotional activities.
