Croma is known for providing high-quality products and enhancing the shopping experience for its customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Associate at Infiniti Retail Limited. The Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, ensuring product availability, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and supporting promotional activities. The Associate will also be involved in troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring an efficient, enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

Customer service and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous retail experience is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
