About The Role
We are looking for
dynamic and confident Demo Speakers
who can deliver
highly engaging product presentations
and demos to prospective learners across various regions.This role is ideal for professionals with
strong communication, influencing, and storytelling skills
, and prior experience in
B2C sales
across industries such as
EdTech, Insurance, Banking, or Real Estate
.You will be responsible for conducting impactful
live and virtual demos
, connecting with audiences in
regional languages
, and inspiring them to take the next step in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging demos (online & offline) to prospective learners.
- Understand the audience and customize presentation flow to suit their needs and language.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare demo scripts, visuals, and collaterals.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of all scheduled demo sessions.
- Represent the brand in webinars, workshops, and live sessions with confidence and clarity.
- Gather audience feedback to continuously improve demo effectiveness.
- Support the sales funnel by converting demo interest into qualified leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales or presentation-based roles.
- Preferred Industry Background: EdTech (preferred), Insurance, Banking, or Real Estate.
- Sales Type: B2C (Business-to-Consumer).
- Team Handling: Minimum 1 year of experience leading 3+ members (though this is an IC role).
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in English + regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, etc.).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Highly presentable with excellent grooming and stage presence.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Confident public speaker capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
Work Location & Schedule
- Locations: Gujarat / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Madhya Pradesh / Tamil Nadu / Maharashtra (based on territory)
- Training Location: Hyderabad
- Work Days: 6-day working week
- Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Week Offs: Rotational (Not on Saturday–Sunday)
