Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in Indian Cuisine, located in Goa, India. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in the kitchen. Responsibilities include ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene, closely following recipes and guidelines, and mentoring junior staff. The Demi Chef De Partie will also assist in inventory management and adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Indian cuisine and strong culinary skills
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and creativity in preparing and presenting dishes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are a plus
• Experience in eco-friendly and sustainable practices is beneficial
