Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie [Garde Manger] at The Wave Goa, located in Goa, India. The Demi Chef De Partie [Garde Manger] will be responsible for managing the cold kitchen, preparing and presenting cold dishes, overseeing inventory and kitchen supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Daily tasks include prepping ingredients, creating and plating dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring effective communication within the kitchen team. Qualifications Experience in preparing and presenting cold dishes, salads, and appetizers Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness Understanding of health and safety standards in a kitchen environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Passion for sustainable and environmentally conscious practices Show more Show less
