Demand Planner

You will be responsible for leading demand forecasting and inventory planning across Frido's product portfolio. Your role is crucial in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and aligning supply with market demand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop accurate short-term and long-term demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales, market trends, and seasonal patterns. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to incorporate market intelligence and promotional activities into forecasting. - Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align production schedules with demand plans, ensuring service level targets and inventory health. - Monitor forecast accuracy and perform real-time adjustments based on sales performance and changing market conditions. - Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to anticipate shifts in demand and plan contingencies. - Contribute to the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, presenting demand insights and aligning on inventory strategies. - Maintain and enhance demand planning tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics (D2C experience preferred). - Proficiency in Excel and demand planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, NetSuite, or similar). - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and derive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across functions. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
