As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing holistic demand generation strategies that align with the company's sales and marketing objectives. Your focus will be on optimizing the marketing and sales funnel by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create a dynamic engine that generates high-quality opportunities for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and optimizing demand generation strategies for both customer acquisition and expansion, driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth. - Working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts throughout the entire buyer's journey. - Collaborating with product and product marketing teams to understand offerings, target audience, and competitive landscape, and using this knowledge to develop effective demand generation strategies. - Designing and implementing successful campaigns across various platforms, including digital, webinars, content marketing, and account-based marketing. - Applying your knowledge of ABM strategies to create personalized campaigns that resonate with key target accounts and decision-makers. - Utilizing both digital and field marketing to create a balanced approach that reaches prospects through multiple touchpoints. - Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually evolve and optimize demand generation strategies. Skills required for this role include: - Strong understanding of digital and field marketing strategies. - Ability to identify new opportunities and strategies for demand generation. - Creative thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Google Suite tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments and changing priorities. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation in B2B tech environments. - Proven track record of partnering with sales teams to drive revenue and deliver measurable results. - Experience in full-funnel/revenue marketing and familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Automation Platforms. - Experience working in a fast-paced global environment.
