RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies for both customer acquisition and customer expansion, that align with our business goals and target audience, driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
Work in strong partnership with sales teams to build and maintain alignment between marketing and sales efforts throughout the entire buyer's journey.
Collaborate closely with product and product marketing teams to deeply understand our offerings, target audience, and competitive landscape. Leverage this knowledge to develop demand generation strategies that effectively position our products and address customer pain points and positive business outcomes.
Design and implement successful campaigns across diverse platforms, including digital, webinars, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Ensure cohesive and integrated marketing initiatives that contribute to the sales pipeline and overall revenue objectives.
Apply your in-depth understanding of ABM strategies to create personalized, high-impact campaigns that resonate with key target accounts and decision-makers.
Harness your knowledge of both digital and field marketing to create a balanced approach that reaches prospects through multiple touchpoints, both online and offline.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually evolve and optimize our demand generation strategies.
SKILLS
Strong understanding of both digital and field marketing strategies, with a history of creating integrated campaigns that leverage both approaches.
Creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and strategies for demand generation.
Strategic/creative thinker, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments, stringent deadlines, and changing priorities.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4-8 years of overall marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and B2B tech environments.
Experience with demand generation in a B2B tech environment.
Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales teams to drive revenue and deliver measurable results.
Experience in full-funnel/revenue marketing, showcasing your ability to drive prospects through the buyer's journey.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
Experience thriving in a fast-paced matrixed global environment.
