About the Role

The Programmatic Campaign Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns from planning and trafficking to optimization and performance analysis. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners to ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs and business objectives.
The ideal candi is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in using top DSPs to execute data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for improving campaign efficiency, managing PMPs, and designing performance measurement frameworks. This role also requires strong communication skills, as you will regularly report insights, recommendations, and results to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The role requires strong experience in programmatic buying and selling, along with comprehensive campaign management skills. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Own the end-to-end campaign management process, including trafficking, optimization, KPI tracking, and billing.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across top demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and Beeswax.
  • Continuously itor campaign performance, analyze logged metrics, derive insights, and optimize for future improvements.
  • Design measurement solutions to de strate campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Make proactive, data-driven isions and provide periodic reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and activate Private ketplace (PMP) deals, including trafficking, pacing, and reporting for all PMP-related activities.
  • Enhance and streamline existing media activation processes to improve operational efficiency and campaign outcomes.
Skill Set Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in campaign management with strong knowledge of major DSPs.
  • Proficiency in multiple DSPs and a deep understanding of RTB and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
  • Experience working with DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Beeswax, and third-party ad servers.
  • DV360 and other relevant certifications are an added advantage.
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager and Flashtalking for measurement and reporting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and media partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on expertise in reporting and Excel.
