Essential Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in technical delivery management, with a strong focus on banking clients.
• Deep understanding of full-stack development, including Java, Python, React, and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, mission-critical solutions for large-scale banking applications.
• Strong knowledge of IT software development methodologies, especially Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with data and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns and design principles

• Leadership and Management:

• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams of 50-100+ members.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

• Domain Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of banking applications including core banking, retail and commercial lending, personal lending, and treasury.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in the consulting industry.
• Exposure to data engineering and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends.
