What would you do
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.General Accounting practicesBusiness solutions for investment firms related to investment management (the functions or services required to make investment decisions for own or third party money according to predefined guidelines and objectives, including the related administration and reporting services).

What are we looking for
Strong knowledge of equity accounting investment fundingLead monthly book closure discussions with clients and resolve open issues.Manage cash bank accounting and accounting for finance receivables.Perform equity investment reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations with risk assessment.Balance Sheet reconciliations Analysis Risk AssessmentManage equity accounting and equity method investment roll forwards.Handle joint venture accounting and consolidation of financialsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsTeam Handling SkillsReview and approve team deliverables (journals, trackers, reports).Cash Funding and Disbursement ForecastsProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives.Investment Banking, Financial Consolidation Close operationsSAP/ Oracle ExperienceExperience in Managing offshore clientsInvestment BankingClient Management

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problemsMay create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and proceduresThe person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goalsPrimary upward interaction is with direct supervisorMay interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within AccentureGuidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignmentsDecisions made by you will often impact the team in which they resideIndividual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within AccenturePlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
