This includes processing acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions, inspections, and responding to technical and client servicing enquiries. Knowledge of MS Office Tools.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the execution of property acquisitions and disposals within Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and regulations.Manage lease transactions including new leases, renewals, rent reviews, and terminations, coordinating with legal and surveyor teams.Supervise scheduling and documentation of property inspections, vacant property checks, and valuations to maintain portfolio integrity.Provide technical oversight on mixed property matters such as title reviews, planning permissions, and environmental assessments.Act as a senior escalation point for client servicing enquiries, delivering timely and accurate resolutions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure smooth property servicing and transaction flow.Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.Support training and development of team members to build technical expertise and service capability.Contribute strategic planning and resource allocation to support business growth and incremental headcount needs.Respond to management enquiries from clients, advisers, and internal teams with accurate and timely information.Contribute to onboarding and servicing activities as part of incremental headcount expansion.Complies with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations.Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying to the same with minimum response time.Review the job aids/process guides to ensure it is updated with all the processing information.Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
