What would you do? Position OverviewThe Fleet Process Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of company vehicle management, ensuring efficient acquisition, coordination, and support for drivers and stakeholders. This role partners closely with third-party fleet management vendors and internal teams, providing high-quality service, policy administration, and proactive communication.Key Responsibilities
Fleet/Vehicle Acquisition & CoordinationCollaborate with third-party fleet management vendors to identify, source, and acquire new vehicles based on evolving business needs and driver eligibility.Coordinate the ordering, delivery, registration, and onboarding processes for new vehicles and drivers.Track vehicle availability, assignments, replacements, and returns to ensure optimal fleet utilization.Policy & Program SupportAdminister and enforce company fleet policies, ensuring drivers understand their responsibilities, compliance requirements, and operational processes.Assist with updating fleet policies and effectively communicate changes to employees and stakeholders.Support executive-level fleet needs with discretion, confidentiality, and high-touch communication.Driver Support & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for company employees regarding fleet-related questions, service issues, and vendor procedures.Provide clear instructions for vehicle pickup and drop-off, maintenance scheduling, and incident reporting.Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
What are we looking for?
QualificationsExperience in fleet/company vehicle management, logistics, or related operations preferred.Experience on US Fleet Management or Vehicle management processes. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with third-party vendors and internal teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform daily follow-up with vendors.Should be comfortable to work in night shift (US shift)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management platforms.
