The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM and advanced MS Excel skills, along with leadership capabilities to guide a team toward operational excellence.Required Skills &
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree3–5 years of experience in HR operations with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.Proficiency in Workday HCM (Core HR, Reporting, Business Processes).Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations.Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.Familiarity with other HR tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors).
Roles and Responsibilities: Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementoLead and mentor a team of HR operations associates.oAllocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure SLA adherence.oFoster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Workday OperationsoManage and oversee HR transactions in Workday (e.g., employee data changes, position management, reporting).oTroubleshoot Workday issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution.oEnsure compliance with HR policies and data integrity within Workday.Data Analysis & ReportingoUtilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.oPrepare monthly/quarterly reports on HR metrics and operational performance.oIdentify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Process ImprovementoReview existing processes and recommend automation or efficiency improvements.oImplement best practices for data accuracy and operational excellence.Stakeholder ManagementoAct as a point of contact for escalations and queries.oCollaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for cross-functional initiatives.
