Delivery Manager

We are seeking experienced Delivery Managers / Technical Project Managers to lead customer delivery projects end-to-end from scope definition to go-live.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing delivery or implementation roles in SaaS/product /Services companies, with strong project management, stakeholder management, and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Scope & Requirements Management

Collaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope, requirements, and success metrics.

Act as the primary client point of contact to ensure alignment between expectations, deliverables, and timelines.

Maintain all project artifacts, including scope documents, requirement trackers, and sign offs.

2. End-to-End Project & Program Management

Lead project delivery across the lifecycle planning, execution, testing, and go-live

. Own project timelines, budgets, quality, and resource allocation.

Track deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

3. Business Process Mapping & Documentation Analyze and document client business processes, system workflows, and integrations.

Work with Product Analysts and Solution Architects to define KPIs, personas, and data architecture.

Review documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and prepare approach notes for internal teams.

Translate business requirements into UI/UX and functional specifications in collaboration with product and design teams.

Qualifications 710 years of experience in project delivery or program management roles in SaaS or technology product companies.

Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or delivery projects.

Strong skills in business process mapping, project governance, and client engagement.

Proficiency with project management and issue-tracking tools

Familiarity with API documentation, system design, and data architecture concepts

. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
