Job Description

Own end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuringthey meet scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients or businessstakeholders regarding delivery status, risks, and issues.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams includingdevelopers, testers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers, technical leads, andproduct owners to plan and execute delivery roadmaps.
Implement delivery best practices, governance standards, andprocess improvements.
Monitor team performance and track KPIs to ensure deliveryexcellence.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes acrossmultiple projects or programs.
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and regulatoryrequirements where applicable.
Support contract management, budgeting, and resourceplanning activities.
Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall practices depending on theproject needs.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Business, or a related field.

8 years of experience in IT project or program deliveryroles, including at least 2 years in a Delivery Manager or similar leadershipposition.

Experience managing multiple concurrent software or digitaldelivery initiatives.
