Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring they meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The Delivery Manager will manage cross-functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure successful project execution while driving operational excellence.

• Oversee delivery of multiple IT projects or services across clients/accounts.
• Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Implement best practices, frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/DevOps), and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Conduct regular governance meetings and provide progress updates.
• Collaborate with account managers, program managers, and sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor project managers, tech leads, and delivery teams.
• Plan resource allocation and capacity management across projects.
• Foster a high-performance culture and resolve team conflicts.
• Own delivery P&L for assigned accounts/projects.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure on-time invoicing, revenue recognition, and profitability targets.
• Ensure delivery processes adhere to organizational standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor audits, governance metrics, and service improvement initiatives.
