Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Executive in Global Managed Services at EY, you will be responsible for overseeing all engagements of a specific offering, working with various leaders to improve performance and deliver results in line with cost baselines and contractual obligations. Your role will involve developing normative models, competence, regulatory advisory, risk assessments, transformation management, technology enablement, and quality assurance across offerings and engagements. Your Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end delivery of the Managed Services offering - Enhance brand reputation and capabilities through people development - Develop relationships with stakeholders in the supply chain - Coordinate site leaders and Account Delivery Leaders - Ensure accuracy of delivery and deal support - Manage delivery transformation and continuous improvement - Input into SLAs and build offering Delivery Leaders Skills And Attributes For Success: To qualify for this role, you must have: - MBA and/or Master's Degree - 15+ years of experience in Managed Services delivery - Expertise in Service Management, Tech Ops, and Data Ops - Skilled in reengineering initiatives and data intelligence - Domain expertise in the related field - Agile Scrum environment experience - Ability to coordinate with teams in multiple geographies - Flexibility to work with stakeholders across the world - Travel required Ideally, you'll also have experience in integrated managed services solutions such as Risk, Finance, IT outsourcing, and Cloud solutions. Certifications in TOGAF, PMP & ITIL, proficiency in Design Thinking and Agile Methodology, and understanding of big four propositions are beneficial.
