As a Delivery Executive in Global Managed Services at EY GDS, which is part of EY's global integrated service delivery center network, you will play a crucial role in a business segment that generates over $7 billion in revenue and serves major clients worldwide. Managed Services offers people-based, asset-based, and integrated solutions, leveraging deep sector and domain expertise to deliver enhanced value to clients. The Global Managed Services Delivery Executive oversees all engagements of a specific offering, focusing on end-to-end delivery encompassing technology, processes, and people. Your role involves collaborating with various engagement leaders to enhance performance, deliver results in alignment with cost baselines and EY's contractual obligations for Managed Services. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end delivery of the defined Managed Services offering to support growth plans - Enhancing brand reputation and extending market presence - Developing capabilities through people development, new hires, and service line alignment - Driving technology delivery globally for the offering - Coordinating with Site Leaders and Account Delivery Leaders for specific offerings - Ensuring accuracy of delivery across offerings and delivery centers - Managing cost of delivery for the respective offering - Providing deal support by managing due diligence visits and ensuring deliverability of scope and optimized supply chain - Being accountable for delivery transformation, continuous improvement, and SLAs for the specific offering To qualify for this role, you should have: - MBA or Master's Degree - Over 15 years of experience in Managed Services delivery of global operations - Expertise in Service Management, Tech Ops, Data Ops, and UAT capabilities - Experience in leading global transformation programs - Prior experience in building/transforming Managed Services operations - Domain expertise in the related field with experience in interacting with senior client personnel - Proficiency in Agile Scrum environment - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Ability to coordinate with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies - Flexibility to work with clients and EY stakeholders globally Ideally, you will also have experience in integrated managed services solutions related to risk, finance, workforce mobility, IT outsourcing models, and cloud solutions. Certification in TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL, proficiency in Design Thinking and Agile Methodology, and understanding of big four firms" propositions are beneficial. Delivery Executive, Global Managed Services At EY GDS, a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY, Managed Services (MS) is a significant part of our business, comprising more than $7b in revenue with major clients across the globe. We help clients with people based, asset based & integrated solutions, leveraging our deep sector and domain expertise to deliver enhanced value to our clients. The opportunity The Global MS Delivery Executive oversees all of the engagements of a specific offering (understood as the end-to-end delivery, including technology, process, and people) and works with the various engagement leaders to improve performance and deliver results and outcomes which are in line with the respective cost baselines as sold and EY's related MS contractual obligations. In terms of proposition development, this role will focus on delivering services across the following topics: - Offering delivery normative models and Global Standard Operating Models (GSOM) - Competence development and ramp up for the specific offering - Regulatory advisory work when applicable to the offering and on specific engagements - Risk assessments when applicable to the offering and on specific engagements - Transformation/change management across offerings and engagements - Technology/analytics enablement across offerings and engagements - Onboarding/Transition and Data Operations of related engagements - Quality Assurance & Remediation - Training Your Key Responsibilities This position owns the end-to-end delivery of the defined Managed Services offering to enable growth plan/s. It includes: - Brand and eminence, extending our reputation in the marketplace - Growing related capabilities through people development, new hires, and service line alignment - Developing the appropriate third-party relationships with the various stakeholders in the supply chain of the specific offering - End-to-end delivery, including technology for the offering globally - Connecting all the Service Delivery Centers (SDCs) - Coordinating site leaders for specific offerings and having a dotted line into Account Delivery Leaders - Ensuring accuracy of delivery for all engagements/solutions across offerings and delivery centers - Being accountable for the aggregated cost of delivery and deal support - Managing delivery transformation, continuous improvement, and transformation of the delivery network - Inputting into the SLAs and building offering Delivery Leaders in GDS and the SDCs Skills And Attributes For Success To qualify for the role, you must have: - MBA and/or Master's Degree - Prior experience in Managed Services delivery of global operations (15+ years) - Experience in Service Management, Tech Ops and Data Ops functions, UAT capabilities, and outsourcing - Skilled in reengineering initiatives and data intelligence capability - Experience in building/transforming MS operations rather than operate BAU - Domain expertise in the related field of play for the offering - Experience of working in an Agile Scrum environment - Proficiency in assessing options and informing decision-makers - Ability to coordinate/collaborate with teams and stakeholders in multiple geographies - Managing Matrix teams with participants in multiple geographies - Flexibility in working with various Client and EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zones - Travel required Ideally, you'll also have experience in integrated managed services solutions primarily around Risk, Finance, Integrated Workforce Mobility, IT outsourcing models, Cloud/SaaS/PaaS solutions, and the role of IT in digital change. Certification in TOGAF, PMP & ITIL, proficiency in Design Thinking and Agile Methodology, and core understanding of the big four and their go-to-market propositions are beneficial.
